I would like to point out that this review is only linked to New Year's Eve because on other occasions everything was positive.
Slow service, but that can also fit with the context. Truly disappointing food, poorly cooked, intended to be gourmet but the results were instead poor and not good dishes. I had chosen the meat menu which had defects from the starter to the dessert. Tartare in mush, tortellini revisited with turmeric with an absurd flavour, totally raw duck breast. The fish, taken by the rest of the company, always arrived cold or lukewarm at best. Very poor quality of cooking.
Hot drinking water! Dishes prepared and then left to cool because they always arrived lukewarm or even cold.
A real shame because on other occasions we had eaten very well.
Unfortunately, €100 was badly spent.
Failed for these events.
Saturday 8 July, my boys' eighteenth birthday: we were welcomed into a young, lively and elegant environment. A perfectly set table, tidy, clean and meticulously organised. The location is wonderful and the illuminated swimming pool crowned the already very glamorous environment. The DJ set was impeccable and fun. The food, very plentiful and tasty, satisfied all the guests and certainly satisfied me. Special praise goes to the service: impeccable, present but not intrusive, kind and professional, fast and efficient. Special thanks to Tommaso for his availability. I will definitely return and I recommend everyone to try the experience of dancing barefoot in the pool with a fresh and delicious cocktail in hand.
